Ratings and reviews

Good: you can get things delivered to you. Bad: The app doesn't separate out different notification types, and uses notifications to send ads daily. You can't turn those off without also turning off notifications for deliveries being on their way. Sometimes your order status just doesn't update, and more than once I've had to kill the app and restart it to get an update on my order.

Easy to use, the clear photos and detailed descriptions makes it very convenient. There's a problem with the substitute option though, a lot of the times when I choose a substitute there will be an "out of stock" notification. But if I go to that specific item and add it to my cart, it is available and successfully added. It's easier just to choose no substitute than wasting time to search for the next best product.

The app is convenient, but there are 2 reasons why I cannot give it 5 stars. 1. 9 out of 10 times that I open the app in a Woolworths store to scan my digital rewards card, the app logs off and won't allow me to log back in. With the most recent instance, it wouldn't even recognise my email address as an email address. After leaving the store, it logs back in without me having to provide any of my details. 2. Choosing alternatives is a slow, frustrating process, the app becomes sluggish

What's new

In this release we have fixed an issue that was stopping some substitute choices from being remembered. We've also made some improvements to our Dash landing page and watch out for Dash only promotions coming soon!
