Well done B&O another example proving that you need no intelligence to take a leading position at a large firm like yours. Whoever green lit this needs to be fired. Buds connect to the app but sound won't play. Attempting to connect to Bluetooth again, it tells me that "this device needs an app". I am aware and the device was found by the app, but nothings working. Choosing Spotify in the app sends me out of the app to Spotify where the sound still does not work. Just disappointing.

Very simple app to use. However, I would like an for for traditional EQ functions within the app for personal preference. The ability to save separate sound modes for each product exclusively, headphones, and speaker sound signatures are not utilitarian. Connectivity - the app sometimes loses connection with the product, and you have to pair it again within the app. Anesthetics can go far within the app. It is an extension of the B&O brand, treat it as such.

Laggy app takes forever to pair with earbuds, if at all. In addition, you can barely tell which mode is activated because the sound prompts are either too low, or indiscernible from each other. It's not that hard to either have a voice prompt, or make the sound for noise cancelling and transparency mode different from each other. People didn't spend $300+ to have a $1 app experience.
