Worst credit card and banking experience. Will deduct money from your credit card for no reason, saying billed finance charges. Will not reply to your inquiry at all. Will take very long to answer the phone calls with no benefits. Useless app and bad service.

My recent experience with Dubai first credit card services has been nothing short of disappointing.During the application process, I was misguided and deceived by the sales advisor. They provided the wrong information and failed to disclose the accurate one even i asked. As a result,I found myself in a situation where I was unaware of the true implications of the credit card . Furthermore,when I attempted to seek assistance from customer service agents regarding various issues but no use again.

They literally cheat me. During the issuing of the card, they will talk about welcome bonuses and non-membership. recoomendation Before taking any cards, please get official confirmation on what they agreed to through mail. I tried to complain about their customer care; they told me to go to court. It was a very bad experience, not at all recommended.
