Ratings and reviews

Decent basic app and easy to navigate once you've sent a little time with it. The option to change the language to English is great for migrant of all kind too. However the app lags behind most other banking apps. It will not allow me to upload documents the app is asking me for. Notifications are not available, that's a serious drawback they should be a basic for all banking apps. It's also not possible to add my account to Google Pay, again something basic for most banks these days.

Good app, but needs some crucial improvements, below some feedback: what I miss most is there should be an option to download a pdf with details of any single transaction (e.g. for proof purposes, cost declarations etc); the app should notify when there is a movement; is there an option to have a savings account without freezing my money? Can't seem to find it.; every time I change to a different tab, I get the "please wait" pop-up, the app is slow, which is annoying specially in a rush.

That is honestly great to hear. Finding a bank where you have absolutely zero issues for four straight years is rarer than it should be! When a bank just works—good app, no hidden fees, and helpful customer service—it saves a massive amount of mental energy
