This app is very poor. Without an update in the near future I will simply cancel my account, especially given all the negative feedback in customer service. Errors include: can't link bank account; does not accept my partner's phone number to set up a (separate) account; no push notifications!; no language choice; generally unintuitive. Great card, poor service. Edit: link to refer people can not be copied out of app.

A misunderstood app, but one they could do better explaining. I was also stuck in the login loop, even without having reinstalled the app, and had it not been for calling customer service to reactivate the *only* install you are allowed to have, i would continue to share the 1 star review opinion. Now it works fine. So if you are having trouble getting it to work, call them, thank me later.

Hello and thank you for your feed-back. We have experienced a technical issue in the current app version which we are working on and the function should be running as usual again soon.
