Glad the app exists but it's not user friendly at all. When orders are placed there is no way to track them. so if you select to have something filled you have no way to verify it has gone through. 1/2 my prescriptions don't show up in the app so I have to figure out if I recently filled it or if I need to request a refill from the Dr. The "order history" tab doesn't show any previous orders.

I was really excited when this app came out since contacting this pharmacy is near impossible. However, the implementation has been disappointing. It can be difficult to find your prescriptions and refills will sometimes disappear once requested. I had a refill that sat in "refill requested" for three weeks without any additional information causing me to nearly run out of a med that has side effects when skipped. I wish there was a way to send a note to the pharmacy staff with questions.

I just want to thank the developer of this app for thinking of the perfect way to notify people of refills that are needed, notifies you when your prescriptions are filled and ready to pick up as well as the cost of each one. This is a good idea I just hope as with anything else my personal information is safe?
