The beep™ app makes card usage more easy and convenient by allowing you to check your card balance and monitor card transactions*, right on your smartphone!  

Balance and transactions are updated periodically throughout the day.

It's so frustrating to get logged out after a few days of not using the app. It requires you to enter the mobile number, SMS OTP, account PIN, and lastly enable the biometrics again. It means the biometrics is useless because I have to set up everything again once I get logged out.

It's annoying how it keeps logging me out of the app. I literally have to log in again and set it up like it's my first time. For security? NO! That's what biometrics are for. I don't even use the app apart from fetching load.

Update the payment experience so users can pay without needing a physical card. Add support for QR-code scanning and NFC tap-to-pay, allowing the user to select their preferred contactless method directly from the payment screen. The flow should be fast, secure, and clearly indicate when the transaction has been completed successfully. Note: Beep QR Tickets not working.
