I'm so tired of setting up the log in for this app keeps asking me to sign. I tried loading my card but despite having an email that the payment was successful i can't fetch the load for some reason the app keeps on saying that there is no load available which is not true.

I loaded through the app cause I have no cash with me, scanned it and loaded it 50, check the transaction on my debit card and beep card app it went successful but it's still showing 16 php like pati ba naman to i corrupt niyo? I tried calling cs that was on the app it just keep ringing and nobody is answering not even an automated system what a joke of an app, never kayo dito mag load

Show's my beep card balance as 0 when I know it has at least 100 when I registered the number. Beep card won't scan either when trying to check balance.
