People were misled to believe that this app works non-NFC phones, where it only works on nfc supported phones, hence why so many negative reviews. When you reload, it's basically putting your load amount into the backend or their system until you fetch the load in the system to transfer it into the card itself. Since my phone has an NFC support function, it's very convenient for me, so i don't need to wait in line just to reload in stations.

i just load a ₱100 using gcash then when i got back on the app it says "payment transaction failed"?. I tried several times to restart the app just to get that hundred load and it didn't work, the money disappeared like nothing, even the transaction history on the app is not showing anything. This Company has many consumers and no improvement at all, even your kiosk machines are trash. A hundred is not even a small amount of money. just get rid of this app in playstore

The app has potential. apparently It keeps on logging off every 2-3 days maybe because of their security precautions, after logging in and setting biometrics. I need to set everything up all over again. Where is the efficiency there? It's very hassle to set everything up in the app every 2-3 days.
