The beep™ app makes card usage more easy and convenient by allowing you to check your card balance and monitor card transactions*, right on your smartphone!  

Balance and transactions are updated periodically throughout the day.

People were misled to believe that this app works non-NFC phones, where it only works on nfc supported phones, hence why so many negative reviews. When you reload, it's basically putting your load amount into the backend or their system until you fetch the load in the system to transfer it into the card itself. Since my phone has an NFC support function, it's very convenient for me, so i don't need to wait in line just to reload in stations.

The update is very annoying and so inconvenient. You have to log in your email and wait for the otp every time you want to buy a load for the card and then put your pin code again unlike before you just have to input your pin code. It is very time consuming. V

Ads about beep insurance being shoved into your face every chance they get. Increasing amount of convenience fee based on the amount you want to load. 🙃 having an app should make it easier for users to load, register and renew their beep card without the extra fees. this app is going backwards
