The app is very slow and takes too much time to use. It’s really hard to read or load my Beep card, which defeats the purpose of having the app for convenience. Please improve the speed and reliability because it’s frustrating when you’re in a hurry. Im using S25

worked as intended, for loading up your beep card. if your top up didn't reflect, tap 'Fetch Beep Load' then scan your card again.

Seemless transaction in my opinion, especially loading it was not messy as well. Was able to completely follow all the instructions without any hiccups.
