Avoid at all costs. The fact it got a good review by the Google UX team is frankly ridiculous. On a Pixel 8 Pro (yes, a Google phone), it was impossible to view my card number because of a display bug until 2 weeks ago Moreover, logging in the desktop site requires flashing an on-screen QR code with one's mobile - which miserably since it doesn't open the app itself, but the app page in Play Store. Lastly, chat support in the app is only for banking issues... But not app-related issues 😂 !

I tried to open an account, provided all the information requested. The app indicated that BforBank was reviewing my documents. after two weeks of seeing the same screen I asked the status of my application, they then requested via email a proof of "fiscal résidence" without asking the kind of proof I should provide. There is no such a thing as a certificate of fiscal résidence. At that point I dropped my application. Clearly they don't know what they are doing.

I have just opened a BforBank bank account, so I can speak with knowledge. You can only manage your accounts via the Android App; there is no dedicated website 🥴. the App tends to bug often (Oops..😱) and has difficulty displaying your up-to-date balances. This requires you to log out and log back in. Finally, "immediate" transfers 💶 take time to arrive (up to 2 days) 😮‍💨😡😬
