Very poor quality of options. They will bug and lure with good options only till you opt for paid account, and then there will be very limited choices. Useless app. Even after going in for paid app. I have tried many times to update some fields in bio, but it doesn't get updated. It has been about a month and three times reverification and completing the profile for 10th time, but still it shows same. The customer care is useless

Its okish app but does not provides much features for free users as compared to other competitor apps. Edit 2- Very greedy app. U need to buy another sub when using different app like techie matrimony. Really useless app. Wont recommend to others at all.

I purchased a plan, but most profile photos are still not visible. Without seeing a photo, it’s impossible to send a request or check compatibility. The app should make it mandatory for every user to upload a photo before activating their profile. When I contacted customer care, they told me I must upgrade again just to view photos. Why should I pay extra after already buying a plan? This feels unfair and like a tactic to push users into higher plans. Very disappointed with this experience.
