Ratings and reviews

I don't want to comment much on the service itself. It's nothing different from other matrimony services. I have too many complaints for the app itself. - The app is so damn slow. - There are too many bugs. E.g: I am a prime member yet I get prompts to pay more to be a prime member. - I recommend to turn off the emails when profile is just viewed. It's irritating - Most importantly, it's very rare that I see such a messy UI. It's counter intuitive, messy and just not fun to use.

After setting up my account, and going through numerous forms of identity verification, I was randomly kicked off the app. When trying to relog in the app and website itself said that the phone number verified via text message, the email address I received a conformation email in, and the account name provided all do not exist. Makes the app and service completely unusable and potentially resulting in effectively fake profiles populating the site, or personal information being collected to be sold to third parties while no actual services being provided.

Never go for Paid membership on this app, specially for Assisted Service. I have been fooled repeatedly.All they will share are few repeatative fake profiles(few genuine profiles with Manglik are there) . For entire membership period they will not be able arrange a single meeting with any prospect. Always they will have only 1 thing to say 'we tried but they are not picking up call' or so & so has declined your request. Anytime you challenge this & they start arguing.
