Ratings and reviews

The app works fine for basic use, but there is a major limitation: we can’t view or download account statements older than 3 months. For income tax return filing, we need the complete yearly statement (July–June), but the app does not provide this option. This is a very important feature that every bank app should have. Please urgently add the option to download a full-year statement directly from the app, so customers don’t face difficulty during tax season.

One of the worst apps and a pathetic banking service. ATM doesn't work, cards don't work and every second day they need to update the app and the service goes down for days and we can't withdraw money or do anything. Totally wasted 😑 service and banking. That was one of the worst decisions to open an account in this bank. Moving my account soon to another reliable bank.

Worst app ever! Instead of updating the old one, a new app launched without bothering to inform its customers. Whenever I try to log in, it shows an error. When I select the 'forgot password' option by CNIC, a message appears stating that my record does not exist. This type of pathetic bank must be penalized by SBP.
