I really enjoyed playing Hearthstone over the years, but the removal of duels was a deal breaker for me. It was my favourite mode as it allowed people to experiment with new decks and just have fun overall. It seems like the devs are trying to remove the most fun features and instead opting for more power creep pay to win cards. This isn't a game I'd recommend to people anymore. I've also had cards and dust removed from my collection and received no support. Just sucks.

Unbelievable game but the app is utter garbage. Never understand how it crashes so often and you have to reload the game every time. If you are during your turn then you just lose this turn. Takes a good 45 seconds+ to reload. I must have 100+ losses due to this. Stick to computer version IMO

All my dust that I saved for years disappeared. When I asked about having it back their reply was we can't do that. Poor, no attempt to help. Ruined my experience with this game. Only play battlegrounds now. I have also logged in on multiple exact the same accounts, and they are all at different levels with different collections. Just a mess for such a big company
