Me negaron un alojamiento por un error en su sistema a 4 días de mi viaje, me prometieron reubicarme pero no ocurrió. Usaba Booking porque me transmitía confianza, pero al primer problema, me han dejado tirada. Estoy esperando a que respondan la incidencia que les interpuse hace más de un mes para desinstalar la app. Mi recomendación: usar booking como buscador y contactar directamente al alojamiento. Los precios son mejores y ayudamos al pequeño comercio. Eso u otras app más fiables.

Llevo años usando la aplicación y nunca había tenido problemas hasta ahora, cada vez que quiero hacer una reserva con pago en el alojamiento o pago más adelante (que además la misma app me lo permite) me salta error, solo me funciona el pagar en el momento, el único motivo por el que he usado Booking todo este tiempo es por las ventajas de poder aplazar el pago y la cancelación gratuita, si esto no me funciona para mi como usuaria esta aplicación es inútil.

En todo lo que concierne me refiero a apartamentos de nota 8 o más en valoraciones. Llevo dos reservas seguidas que me han dado solo problemas. Se ve que en relación a los apartamentos, las empresas que los gestionan tienen demasiada flexibilidad. Por otro lado esta aplicación me recomienda siempre las opciones que más problemas dan. Estoy bastante harto de tener que estar pendiente hasta el último momento de a ver si podré entrar o no. Ya no me fío nada del criterio de Booking, una decepción.
