La verdad que siempre me gustó esta App. Pero estos días he querido hacer 2 reserva en provincias diferentes y hay una nueva modalidad donde tengo que solicitar la reserva explicándole al dueño el motivo de mi visita. Con lo cual no estoy muy desacuerdo. Igualmente escribí mis motivos viaje familiar por fiestas patronales y un evento carretera y lamentablemente ninguna de 2 reservas se molesto en contestar. Lo cual es bastante frustante, ya que si piden solicitudes mínimas ente deberían contesta

Es muy útil, práctica y me ha ayudado a conseguir buenos hoteles y buenos precios, aunque en esta última oportunidad, el hotel me aceptó la reserva y luego me traslado para otro Hotel, cambió un poco la tarifa y no he tenido la opción de cancelar la reserva

Ladrones. No acepten nunca una mejora de habitación... Te cobran por una habitación superior (ofrecida por booking), pero nunca la disfrutas... A la hora de reclamar...se pasan la pelota del hotel a booking y de booking al hotel...haciéndote perder el tiempo y diciéndote mentiras Es una ESTAFA en toda regla Le.pongo una estrella.pq.es.lo.minimo...mi intención es poner MENOS 5 ESTRELLAS
