It's ok, but needs improvements. I've successfully placed an order for pickup and picked it up as well as used Express pay. with express pay, I had to enter my payment information multiple times, even though I said to save it. coupons NEED to be EXPLICITLY clear in their terms (min. $ spent required, not just ANY which is false). I need to be able to see if I qualified for the 50 cents off gas reward and when it will expire. it shows nowhere. There are positives, but needs LOTS of improvements.

The app is agonizingly slow and crashes on you constantly, the stock updates every 24 hours (so if potatoes went out of stock at 4 pm last night, that is when they will reappear back in stock the next day, even if there is inventory way before then), and this often leaves pick up orders missing items (which you can see are stocked on the shelf at the moment). Once something is out of stock, it won't be back until the next day, so if you NEED it delivered same day, find a different store.

App is terrible! It will not respond if you try to make changes to the auto renewal. (probably not legal). It seems to be impossible to change your BJs Club, find club hours, or find information on other clubs when traveling. An app is nearly worthless when Google always ends up being 100 times faster. UPDATE: I did uninstall and reinstall the app with no changes. I was told at the service desk, that members are no longer able to manage their Easy Renewal in the app or online.
