o Let us do the shopping for you. Place an order for pickup in just 2 hours.*

• ExpressPay
o No need to wait in a checkout line. Easily shop, scan your item’s barcode, pay within the app, and go! (Available in select clubs only.)

• BJ’s Stocked
o Get select items shipped to your home in 2 days with BJ’s Stocked.

• Same-Day Delivery
o Get Same-Day Grocery Delivery on select items in as little as 2 hours.

• Featured Recipes
o Browse recipes, view videos, shop ingredients and add them directly to your Same-Day Delivery cart.

• Reload
o View the products you've recently purchased in-Club or via Same-Day Delivery and easily Reload them to your cart.

• Access Membership Information
o One-click access to all your Membership details, My Rewards, order history, track challenges or scan your Membership card.

I had the same experience with logging into the app as others. The system would not recognize my password, even when I reset it multiple times. I even worked with a person through the Help Center. I'm deleting the app and going to Costco until this is fixed. UPDATE 2/15/24 app is fixed and appears to be working properly. It took several messages, but it works now.

Like everyone else. My husband and I are having issues with the Android app. Please fix it! Update: problem has been resolved and app is working! Also, this came before the login issue, but thanks for adding the parking number option to curbside pickup. Feels more intuitive. Curbside is my go to shopping option, so having a functional app is helpful.

Whatever updates have been done in the past 2 weeks have prevented me (and several other users based on the reviews)from being able to log into the app. It keeps indicating the credentials are wrong even though I can login to the website without issue. Your "tech support" department is telling me it will be 1 to 3 days before someone can get back to me regarding the issue. I have orders to pick up. This is so annoying. There is always a glitch with this stupid app.
