Ratings and reviews

The app is great when it actually works. There seems to be a glitch right now. I try to log in, it acts like it's loading to put the log in info and then take me right back to the screen to click log in. It's like it's stuck on a loop or something. I've tried basic troubleshooting: clearing cache, cookies, uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting my phone but m othing has worked.

the app works well, occasionally bugs up but always works in the end. auto pay is easy to set up but extremely frustrating. I've been shuffling money in my accounts for 3 weeks waiting for it to take my car payment off. last time it occured I went ahead and made a debit payment paying the fee but it finally attempted to take it a week later and charged me a NSF fee. I'd love to understand why you prefer these methods when there's a fee for paying with guaranteed funds.

The app worked great for the first 3 months and now it won't even let me log in. I open the app, my only options are to "log in " or "register new account " doesn't matter what you choose because it will load you on to the same screen. Basically an endless loop and unable to log in to your account. I tried deleting cache and date, uninstall the app and nothing seem to work. Luckily Iwas able to make November's payment through the Carvana's app which is linked to the Bridgecrest account.
