The Bring app makes it easy to track, collect and return parcels.

When you register with your phone number and e-mail we'll find your packages automatically. You can also add packages manually. We'll send you updates about the packages, and tell you when and where to pick it up.

Register with your mobile number and email address and follow your parcel's journey on its way to you, delivered by Bring. You can also add parcels manually. With the Bring app, you'll receive notifications when the parcels are on their way to your home and ready to be picked up. You can also use the app to collect and return your parcels in Bring's parcel box.

We continuously develop and update the app to make it work as efficiently as possible for you. Feedback from users like you helps us improve even more. If you see anything that can be enhanced or is incorrect, please feel free to contact us via the feedback function in the app.

In the Bring app, you can:

- Track your parcels
- Collect parcels in parcel box
- Return parcels in parcel box
- Collect family and friends' parcels and grant permission for others to collect your parcels
- Easily access retrieval codes
- Gain insight into the least crowded times at the collection point and the best time to pick up
- Receive notifications about parcels on their way to you. You can also choose the channel through which you want to be notified.
- Check the opening hours of your collection point

Ratings and reviews

The absolute worst customer experience ever. Why do I need to download you app and sign up for your service just so that I can get my package? I could understand if you needed the app to integrate with your boxes, but no, you also need to create an account in your system. I did not choose your service to begin with, it was forced on me by the store that I bought from. I will now actively avoid services that use bring as a delivery method, and ask others to do the same!

Should not be required to create an account or install an app for such trivial functionality. The app doesn't update when the delivery time has been missed still telling you it will be delivered some time in the past. it also says "your delivery is fossil free" at the bottom, whatever that's supposed to mean despite it obviously being impossible

Can't even open the app anymore, keeps saying "sorry you need to login again". Tried reinstall but does not work still.
