love this app to speak to my loved one. but as of late it has been extremely difficult to log in. it keeps telling me that I need a connection to a network / wifi connection. it dont matter where I'm at or what kind of connection I'm connected to. I get this notice ALOT! idk if there is a bug in the system, but it would be greatly appreciated if this would get fixed ASAP please. I have even tried multiple times, un-installing, then re-installing. still the same message

The app has always been reliable, except for now after this last update. Now I open it and it just gives me the blue screen that says the logo with the loading circle and it doesn't load/open. I've cleared the cache, force closed, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted both the app and my phone, nothing. It's the latest version so it's a real bummer it's not working now.

This is the only app I can use to video chat with a loved one. However I'm not able to set it up or do video chats because all I get is a blank screen with the logo. There's no option anywhere to do video calls. Please fix this issue ASAP. Don't just tell me to update the app either because that doesn't change anything! Do a better update!
