If I could give this app negative stars I would you make a payment on it and it says payed then you check later and it says that next month is the next due date. But then you get a notice of cancelation in the mail stating that they didn't get your payment. Then when you call them they won't work with you to fix this error they want all the money in full even though you've been a valued customer for 3 years and you actually like the insurance an yet won't work with you when it's the app fault.

The app has a password input length limit of 15 characters, so if you have a longer password (and you should for better security) you cannot login to the app. It refuses to accept any additional characters once you hit 15 and if you copied your password from a password manager (you should be using one of those as well) it truncates it. Then you get an invalid login message and have to guess what's wrong. Their website allows passwords up to 25 characters, so this is extra stupid.

This app is horrible. It's constantly logging me out, so I have to restart my progress over and over. it won't let me submit my forms when I try to view something in the app, it just redirects me to the website which then LOGS ME OUT AGAIN! I JUST WANT TO SIGN AND SUBMIT MY INFORMATION! please fix your app and website edit: still terrible
