Went through 2 OTPs, setting a password, selecting a PIN, enabling biometric authorization, re-entering my PIN, only for the "I'm a foreigner" selection to be a greyed out dead-end. Uninstalled, no respect for the user's time.

Crazy slow to open (we are talking about minutes, and not seconds), too many steps to log in, and having to do a KYC, and register your passport, just to use public transportation is of course insane. On top of this, some of the most expensive tickets in the world. Use other means to travel in Bangkok and avoid to support this greedy company. It’s amazing how one company can undermine the whole public transportation system in Bangkok!

The UX/UI is very annoying; the authentication is repetitive and unnecessary for a low-value app like this. There's no session token stored. It's tedious every time I open it; I only open it to check my balance.
