Awful. A complete waste of time. Half way through the installation the system advised if you are foreigner see ticket officer. Ticket officer could not install. The system returned a "system error". While this was going on people lining up behind me were getting angry. Afterwards I checked the phone and realized that my phone did not have a NFC chip necessary to read the card balance remaining. To make things worse the Saphan Taksin BTS station does not have a Rabbit machine to top up.

ใช้ยาก ไม่ user-friendly process หนึ่งๆ ต้องทำสิ่งเดียวกันซ้ำกันหลายครั้ง โดยเฉพาะการอ่านบัตร registered บัตรไปแล้ว แต่ดูประวัติหรือเงินคงเหลือโดยตรงไม่ได้ ต้องแตะบัตรทุกครั้ง การเติมเงินต้องแตะบัตรก่อน เติมเงินเสร็จแล้วยังต้องเอาบัตรมาแตะซ้ำอีกครั้ง Very poor ui and ux. Very poor design.

Most frustrating app. Cannot link to bank payment system. Which makes the top up feature totally useless.
