⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I use MyRabbit regularly for my daily commute. The app makes it easy to manage my Rabbit Card, check balances, and stay updated on BTS services. The interface is simple and convenient, helping me save time and travel more efficiently. It's a useful app for anyone who frequently uses public transportation in Bangkok.

Useless application to buy train packages, l always added money to buy yellow line packages but I can't. You can't do anything with this app if there is any problem, it will tell you to go to a nearby station and the station will tell you to go to Phaya Thai station and Phaya Thai station will close 7 Pm exactly and not much convenience for office workers to go to this station after office time 6 Pm. Very bad customer care and management. Other stations have no power to solve problems. So bad.

Passport nfc read says error. Expectations not met. I used ReadID Me app, to check my passport. No problem. So Rabbit is the problem 🙄
