Ratings and reviews

Every single time I attempt to log in, my password does not work. I select the "forgot password" option, select the link in the email, create a new password and save it to my phone and write it down, close the app when I'm finished, attempt to log in the next day, and repeat. I have selected the biometric option as well but the app does not provide the option when Im logging in. Beyond infuriating.

This app does not work, at least not on Android 16 on a Pixel 7a. It will not allow a login, immediately going to a pop-up that says my session has expired. Greyed out under the pop-up, I see the app welcoming me with my name, so on some level, it is logging me in, but it just becomes an endless loop of logging in and starting over. Clearing cache, deleting, reinstalling, restarting. nothing works. Strangely, the Avis app works just fine. Guess I won't be renting from Budget.

Can't log in to see if it works. it hangs with a blank screen for a while then eventually the login appears. Type in your credentials and in the background it looks to be logging in but then it pops up that the session expired. Clear the cache, reinstall the app, reboot and nothing resolves the issue. Pretty bad and a waste of time.
