سيء جدا Very bad experience They stall and stall and try to evade paying their dues. They asked me to send documents to their branch and I did via Aramex yet they rejected my claim and said they never received the documents. Their costumer service is useless. They are everything bad you ever heard about insurance companies. تجربة سيئة للغاية. I want to add that uploading documents is always a nightmare. Nothing works.

Too slow internationally. Website does not open on laptop either. The claim amount passed also too low. Even full consulting fees of specialist and x ray charges are not reimbursed. Poor coverage.

The worst mobile application i have ever tried to login to I am trying to login from the last one hour but still not able to get into it..
