The App was working fine with me but for last two days, I am unable to open it. whenever I try to open, it just crashes down. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing Data and Cache, but nothing worked.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Bupa Arabia's services. Even in critical medical situations, getting approval from them seems nearly impossible. I have submitted approval requests for treatment multiple times, but every single time they were rejected under the pretext of 'incorrect service codes.' This exact issue has happened to me three times now. ​Bupa Arabia provides unacceptable service, and I would not recommend their insurance plans to anyone. Health insurance is intended to ensure time

very poor response from the staff. they don't read the requests well, patient has to submit the request several times and explain to them how to process it till they approve. also no customer support is provided. the button exist in the app but never works, they never respond.
