very poor app. badly optimized and consistently freezes and have to restart my phone couple of times just to finish a simple task , it even forces you to disable developer mode if you have it enabled for it to work , kindly be advised that there is people who requires their phone to test application and functions and it's kind of annoying to have to stop working and disable developer mode just to complete a claim or check for a clinic

Extremely poor application; it constantly freezes with no response, especially when I try to explore the insurance features. After over an hour, all I get is a blue screen. I will definitely recommend that my company stop using Bupa as a medical insurance provider. Once again, Bupa has failed to meet expectations and continues to disappoint.

Edit: Its back to not opening again :( Edit: Its working after the their Helpline called me, and told me to Put the Developer Mode Off. Old: Did not work after the latest Update. There was no way you could make it work for you. TESTED but does did not work on at-least Samsung S10+ and Huawei Y9
