Ratings and reviews

I need to update as Bupa responded quickly. The problem with the web browser coming up and app crash is related to Developer Options. They have an App Shield which objects to an insecure Android phone. If you have this issue of getting a web browser displayed when you start up then disable Developer options in settings. Unfortunately I need Developer options to be switched on.

Rather than fixing the problem due to the last update, Bupa decides to ask about our membership details to assist us! How brilliant of you! Certainly memberships are an important factor to assess whether the app runs properly or not when we cannot even access it.

Not reliable app. Most of the times the app is not working, and it has to be uninstall and reinstall. this time, it is ending a blank browser.
