Ratings and reviews

I've been unable to watch any live or recorded shows on BuyPass for several weeks. The stream only displays an endless loading spinner. I've tried both the Android app and the website, on both Wi-Fi and mobile data, from Karachi, but the issue remains. Could you please check whether there is an issue with my account or your service?

There are many things that should be improved like commercials should not be shown on main page but below the product And the main issue i am facing with this app is that there are no options for shade choosing or color choosing.how are we supposed to buy like that? also the prices are double why? if they would put original prices like daraz this app is gonna grow really much due to all marketing it is doing but these issues are making it hard ..also there should be more cute items for home.

I placed an order, but now I have no update on it. Earlier the system showed “Order Accepted,” but after one day nothing is showing at all. If there’s a system issue, you should inform me. If the order arrives after a few days and I no longer need it, or if I’m out of the city, and then you say I have to receive it — will it be considered my fault then? This reflects poorly on your service.
