I am extremely angry because this company is not treating its drivers honestly. My wallet balance has Zero multiple times. I added money through Easypaisa, and I also earned from rides, but every time I stop using the app for a few weeks or months, my wallet suddenly becomes zero. No warning, no message, nothing — the money just vanishes. When I contact their support team, they don’t fix the problem. Instead of checking my previous deposits and earnings, they simply tell me to “top up again

The application needs significant updates. For example, the developer has mixed English and Urdu. When a user selects English, the app should fully switch to English; however, this does not happen. Even after selecting English, Urdu content is still displayed alongside it.

I think I should not make account with Bykea because their charges are more than the other apps. If you want to make better to your app then you need to stop extra charges. Stop the ride Cancel charges and other extra charges if you want to make the best order app. You should give respect to every employee of Bykea Company, that is why Indrive is bit better to this app and Sorry for this rating. This rating doesn't means to decrease your Brand name but advise for improvement to this Company.
