Dear Team, I would like to request a review of the current commission structure and policies. 1. *High Commission*: You are charging 20% commission, but we are not receiving proper facilities in return. 2. *Cancellation Charges*: When a customer cancels the ride, we are the ones who have to bear the charges. 3. *Unfair Fares*: The fares being paid to us are also not fair. Please focus on providing all service facilities to the customer, while we are the ones paying all the charges.

problems in this app. #1 Stop doing this Topup wallet fake charges and when customer cancel the ride they Will already deducted the commission through the wallet. #2 Stop blocking accounts when wallet is empty there should be another Way to resolve it but a Rider have no such Time to Ride a bike and also transfer money to the account. #3 They have blocked my account,and I have paid 3 times Topup Qr code to unlock my account, which is also another app glitch or blunder.pay my money please 🙏
