User friendly Easy to use and compatible with several different music apps. Works exactly like it should. My only suggestion is frivolous but I'd like to see more skins to work toward beyond week 4
Got my butt off the couch Fantastic app. Gradually increases running to prevent injury. I have bad knees so I've always avoided running. In the past when I've wanted to run I would injury my knees on the second or third run. I'm finishing week 3 and have had NO knee injuries! I'm looking forward to completing my first 5k.
Great app, one question for the developers This is a great app and I would give it 5 stars except that in the later runs week 6 onwards your told to run for a time period or a distance, my issue is the distance is in miles not km, as this is a couch to 5k app I would think all distances referenced would also be in km, I've tried to change this but there is nothing I can find in the settings, is the option available or will I continue to have to do the maths?. I know I'm being pedantic
Amazing Thought I couldn't do it, too old, far to prone to injury (this isn't the first time I've tried to run)my husband recommended this programme. It's amazing! OK I'm only on week 3 but I'm doing it! It's fun!!! Entered myself into races for when I've finished. I'm even getting up early to do it, it's that good! You will NOT regret getting this programme.
Getting me Moving! This app so far is FANTASTIC. My sister & I just started & we're hoping soon we won't be huffing & puffing.
Good I'm enjoying the app, like that it gives clear instructions to warm up, run, walk, cool down and how long for each. Although had a session where, no matter what I did, I couldn't get the voice to work, seems to have corrected itself. I can definitely feel the improvement in my stamina and running and so far, I don't want to give up
