I haven't run in a little over a decade. This app is great at easing you into it, even as a beginner. The only negative thing I would have to say is that it doesn't incorporate warm up stretches or cool down stretches. Stretching out your muscles is really important to avoid injury and to properly prepare your body for the activity.
Been using this app for 4 months. I used to not be able to run for a full minute without exhausting myself. Now I can run 25 minutes without walking. I use the app more than 3 times a week and repeat days, and I feel awesome.
Love that this app helps me get in shape all while telling me exactly when to run or walk. Super easy! No guessing!
