Ratings and reviews

This is too inflexible. If you use this app to book, you can't use cash to pay the driver. This makes it useless to assist someone else (like a guest or contractor or someone whose phone isn't working) to get a cab. You also can't use a regular Cabcharge card (cannot register it into the app), so useless for most disabled (who have been granted discounted Cabcharge cards). Non-app suggestion: call centre bot should accept What3Words coordinates or bus stop IDs. Many road segment have no address

First time using this app yesterday. Driver cancelled my ride within minutes. They alleged they couldn't find my house. Well, you're not going to find it in two minutes on the other side of my suburb. Also, they take the fare charge immediately, even if cancelled. I had a $33 PayPal charge on my account for at least one hour before they refunded it, which is outrageous. I ended up having to call an Uber and was late to my destination because of this. Never again!

Wow ! Not one single thing has changed in 5 years. I booked a taxi 9 hours before my flight was due, only to be told by the app that after 9 hours of searching for a taxi in brisbane, in a suburb next door to the airport, that nothing was available. Calling them does nothing. messaging them does nothing. If i could rate this company a zero, I'd do it. Do yourselves a favour, and use Uber or Didi. Got one in 4 minutes. Pathetic !
