Great weekend start getting to know the device and app. I feel/notice the difference, and can't wait to see how it helps me tackle the week. I like the app "game" format. I see that it is trying to help me stay engaged in some kind of fun way. It's really just making it a point to take the time to step away from reality for 3 minutes, breathe, and gain focus. I love that.

So far I've had nothing but issues with calmigo's processes. Just to install the app I required tech support. Off to a great start, should had been a premonition. Then after many tries to sync the device it works, then I get emails saying it's not synced (despite using it) and then they "lock" the device. Horrible product, tech support and processes. I regret buying the product because of it.

I like the device, the app not so much. I got my calmigo through the vamc. The app wants to be a game. It doesn't connect unless you have Bluetooth and precise location on. And then it does not stay connected to register your sessions. I'm sitting here breathing and it should be connected but it says it last saw it 9 minutes ago. The lights are on but nobody is staying connected. The relaxing timers are nice. The game is unnecessary in my opinion. Especially since the device does not connect p
