I like the device, the app not so much. I got my calmigo through the vamc. The app wants to be a game. It doesn't connect unless you have Bluetooth and precise location on. And then it does not stay connected to register your sessions. I'm sitting here breathing and it should be connected but it says it last saw it 9 minutes ago. The lights are on but nobody is staying connected. The relaxing timers are nice. The game is unnecessary in my opinion. Especially since the device does not connect p

At first, things went great. I was earning keys & coins, decorating my "safe place." But the app has been acting up. Every time I opened it, it started to tell me to pair my device & input my info, even though, I have been signed up for nearly a month & my device was already paired. Also, the app began not fitting the screen on my Samsung S25 (Android). There is clearly a bug in the app. I tried emailing Calmigo, but they didn't read what I wrote. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling but same.

So Im not going to lie this does take the edge off. My avg time per session is 11-15, so I'm usually double tasking, I wish they had an extended mouth piece to make it easier to use hands free, instead of lightly biting the opening for stability. The only other thing is building that space is great, but it really holds zero purpose atleast to me. I feel that this has so much room for more for a better user experience and interaction. A more user challenging, games, the sky's the limit here.
