About this app

CalmLog is a simple tool for when you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or having a panic attack — no account, no subscription, no data ever sent to the internet.

HOW IT WORKS

You press a single big button whenever you feel something. You quickly choose what it is — stress, anxiety, or panic attack — and how intense it is. The app immediately starts a guided breathing exercise (the 4-7-8 technique), with animation and haptic feedback, designed to help you calm down in minutes.

After the exercise, you can quickly jot down the circumstances — where you were, who you were with — with a few taps, plus anything else you want to write freely. Over time, you build a history that helps you see patterns: what triggers your most difficult moments.

REAL PRIVACY, NOT JUST A PROMISE

CalmLog has no server. It has no user account. It doesn’t collect, send, or sell any information about you. Everything you note stays exclusively on your phone. Uninstalling the app automatically deletes all data.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND IN THE APP

- Quick button to log moments of stress, anxiety or panic
- Guided 4-7-8 breathing exercise, with animation and vibrations
- Quick notation of circumstances (location, company) and free notes
- Complete history, with simple statistics (frequency, average intensity)
- Complete deletion of data, at any time, directly from the app
- Romanian interface, designed for difficult moments — simple, calm, without distractions

WHO IS CALMLOG FOR

For anyone who wants a quick tool for self-monitoring anxiety states or panic attacks, without technical complications and without worrying about where their personal data ends up.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE

CalmLog does not diagnose and does not replace the advice of a specialist. It's a self-monitoring tool and a quick calming exercise. If you're struggling with persistent anxiety or frequent panic attacks, talk to a doctor or therapist.
