We love this brand! The apps great and we really havent had any issues. It reconnects quickly when you need to move it around the house. we sure do! The moniter is honestly so durable too! I know this is mostly for the app but its also good to know the other parts work too!! Cause its been thrown and dropped all over the house, even on our porch(concrete)! 🤣 It still works. Just doesn't stay charged for long.

Good but could be better Overall, the app is decent. Responsive, nice set up, etc. I do, however, hate the fact that I can't rename the camera! There are a few other settings I really think would be easy to add/implement that should honestly already have been done. Like I said though, the app overall is decent and is actually very close to real time. *Reply to response from VTech: No, I cannot. Maybe with other models but not with my model. Also since the last update, I can no longer view recor

It always says my camera is offline but it is not. It seems to only want to connect when I am on my home wifi and within 1 feet away from the camera. I have reinstall the app multiple times and it's still the same. The app only works when it decides too I guess... it frustrating not to be able to view on my phone at all, unless I'm connected to the wifi same as the camera.
