I've used this app for several years and have always had a great experience and rated it 5 stars, but I just updated the app and now it's not letting me mobile deposit my check!! The app keeps crashing before I can even submit the images of the check to be processed. I tried numerous times, too, but every single time, it kicks me out. Not fully, but it takes me back to the "quick view" screen. This seriously needs to be fixed ASAP!!!

The app is ok. They just did an update and in dark mode you can no longer see amounts and other information. Had to switch to light mode and still information is missing. I called customer NO service and they were true to the name and couldn't help. Was told to un-install and re- install the app. That did not work. The debit cards only have the swipe option when are you going with a more secure chip option.

Big variety of causes choose from the app is very easy to navigate in the monthly fee is reasonable. The only thing I don't like is I have made payment arrangements. And then on the day of the first payment they didn't take the money out of my account instead they just disconnected my service and now want a $20 reinstatement fee after agreeing to the payment plan of 2 installments of $31 ea not cool excpealy science I need the Internet to work and pay my bills like the Internet, electric, ect.
