Used to prefer this app to other ones, but now if you cancel after a captain accepts your request for any reason whatsoever including: captain literally tells you they're not coming you cancel, captain dropping someone else off at a farther point and accepts and expects you to wait for them, captain not getting any closer and won't reply to you. And the app still fines you an amount almost equivalent to the fee of the travel. It's getting ridiculous. Just get a taxi!

Very helpful app when visiting a foreign country. Able enter the destination address in the app. Really hard to explain to a local taxi where you want to go when you do not speak the language. Also you do not get inflated prices that the local taxis will charge tourists. Thank you Careem !

I'm extremely disappointed with the terrible service from this app. The drivers were disrespectful, and the whole team lacked professionalism. The app is completely unreliable, and I won't use it again. Others should avoid this app at all costs. Please check the url you sent and I spoke to ur call centre, and again, they all missed the professionalism, and using this app is a mistake that it will not be repeated
