This app works fairly well, however there seems to be issues with it connecting to my healthcare provider. It connected fine when I first set it up, but then when I went back into it, it reported an issue connecting. I try reconnecting and it shows a confirmation form from my healhcare provider that I click ok on, and then end up on a blank screen, but get a notification from my healthcare provider app that a connection has been established, as well as an email, but when I go back to this app, it continues to report that there's a connection issue.

Worked fine at first. Connected fine to my Fitbit, still syncs that with no problem. Gave it access to my medical records through MyChart system that my medical system uses. Only had access for 24 hours, but that's fine since that data doesn't change much. After a medical visit yesterday, I can't get it to access MyChart. It seems to connect, I press the button to give it access, then the page blanks and the app shows an error trying to connect. If you want this to be useful, this needs fixed.

I have Long Haul Covid (PASC) and between brain fog & a whole bucket full of medical issues that have reappeared, I often forget important symptoms & questions when I see my primary, or specialists. This app has made ut so much easier to give my Drs. a full picture of my issues as well as an easy way to make notes about things I want to discuss as threatment options. Today my primary & I got through the 10 or so items I had for discussion, quite efficiently, because I could read the list!
