Ratings and reviews

Interesting idea, lots of limitations. Unable to upload from labs directly (such as labcorp, quest) like you can do with other EHRs. Requires patient portals to be set up for insurance info import. Would be helpful to add claim information/prior authorizations/documents/ability to upload old documents/photos. Isn't really unique to other EHRs, still a lot of unavailable offices and no way to request they add specific offices.

Disappointing I was able to pull my records from Kaiser, however, I am now with Anthem & when I try to access the info to import to Anthem's Sydney App, it keeps saying it connects, but then when I click "agree" to the terms, then it re- tries to connect and keeps saying "error establishing connection". ???.... I was looking forward to using this for easy sharing my existing records with new doctors at the Anthem coverage. Oh well, chalk it up to - if it sounds too good to be true...

Trouble getting code entered after retrieving the code from email because for some reason the page reloads to the screen before which on that screen is the entering name, birthday, zipcode. Never experienced the app due to this code issue!!! But I am sure it is a very nice app providing service of pesonal private health information on a global technological worldwide networking
