✅ Health status: Includes a series of questions related to the patient's current health status and follow-up according to their age.

✅ Health of pregnant women: If the patient interviewed is pregnant, specific questions are presented to monitor her health status and the development of the pregnancy.

✅ Risk assessment: Contains specific questionnaires to identify risk levels of chronic diseases such as diabetes, dementia and COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease).
