As you prepare for your vacation, download the ultimate cruise app! Available on all Carnival ships.

Use the Carnival HUB app to share your cruise countdown with friends, then explore and book shore excursions, spa treatments, drink packages and more (restricted for adults). When the time comes, you may also check-in and obtain your boarding documents.

As you board your ship, connect to Carnival’s Wi-Fi to view what’s happening, weather, dining menus and more! Onboard internet purchase is NOT required to use the Carnival HUB app.

Before your cruise:

Ratings and reviews

This app was great for all the information and being able to get all the schedules for what was going on on the ship. However, the chat feature was good for groups as long as you don't get longed out of your app. Otherwise you have to restart your chats, cause they will all disappear and there is no way to recover.

I wish more companies would build apps like Carnival Hub! It is easy to use and more importantly, provided a single place for me to check out what was happening each day, select the activities my family was interested in and easily mark those so they moved automagically onto "My Planner"! Finding the venues open for meals was easy. And the full schedule for each restaurant, with the hours of operation, and estimated wait time for sit down restaurants. Can't imagine cruising without it!

Great app...When it worked. The app started out really good. However, during the cruise everyone in our party had to reconnect multiple times a day in order to use the chat feature. Towards the end of the week, only 1:1 chat worked and not group chats. That makes it difficult for families to stay connected. It was very buggy as well. To the point that it said the app had a bug and please reinstall after it's fixed. I did enjoy being able to see the schedule. Concept is great, just fix the bugs.
