Worst app ever with pathetic customer service, in app chat option just a wastage of time and multiple calls with duration over 10 to 15 minutes continues saying the same thing, "if you wish to receive a call back press 1" and if I press one that's it, call ended with no call back. who on earth treats like this with their customers. please don't fall into their trap. Go for other banking options, they are really good. I wish I could give -5 stars

Worst app. Biometrics won't work and asking to enter password all the time. No offers available. When I click to show offers like dining, entertainment etc, it shows technical issues.. It's been almost a month now. Nothing is working smoothly. Never ever faced this kind of trouble with any of the application. 0*rating is what I prefer but unfortunately no option for that, so will go with 1* without any interest

Nothing bad about the customer care as they never answer the call and call back. Very bad experience with cbd credit card. Not showing credit card due statement, amount, date and the most interesting thing is that it is the basis of any credit card. Not only me but my friends also have the same problem.
