was a very good app, and support was great until a couple of yrs ago. But in this time, additional security features are a must. There are no card control options on the account except locking the card.There's no option to set the transaction limit/ daily limit when it comes to managing CC. chat service is not very helpful. The links they provide dont seem to open.

I will rate this 1 star because of this issue. I wanted to pay through the bank in-store, which means I need to make the payment immediately. However, I have to add the account as a beneficiary and wait for the cooling-off period before I can proceed. Isn’t there a faster way to send money without having to add it to the beneficiary list first? What if this is an emergency transfer? CBD expects us to wait for the cooling-off period,Please consider adding a fast transfer option .

1) Hey, it's really confusing! The current month's credit card statement shows new transactions, not just the current month's. 2) Plus, it shows the outstanding balance, and even if you pay half, it doesn't update anywhere. 3) And when you're planning to pay, it shows the outstanding balance instead of the statement amount. I have no idea what the BA team was thinking!
