The app is generally fine and lets me order food. The rewards program is solid. My issue is that there is seemingly no good way to make adjustments to an item. I often like to leave ingredients off my order and the only way to attempt this is in the "allergens" field. The few times I have tried this on the app, the request to omit them was missed.

Easy uninstall. I used to champion surf taco but recently they served me food that was absolutely dangerous to eat. Temperatures were lukewarm internally. I couldn't find any way to voice my concerns in the app. Called but the business was closed. Finally found their online support form, never got a response. Reached out on Facebook and received a response back only 30 days with them just telling me to call the store. By that point I had already filed a claim with my credit card company.
