This app has became horrible and unusable! It used to be somewhat easier for me to use so I can order and pickup my food when I'm going on a lunch break. Now? Just downright unresponsive and difficult to order from. It lost it's ability to remember my card so I have to always manually type my numbers in; it doesn't automatically locate my usual location where I order from, so I have to constantly reload the page; and I always have to login into my account now. This app needs fixing, ASAP.

The people who make this app really need to get it together, i have so many complaints it's unreal. It doesn't have Google pay integration, it doesn't remember my card so I have to punch it in every time, the interface is unusually slow and unresponsive compared to any other food ordering app I have ever used. It doesn't seem to have the ability to locate the closest store so I have to search for it manually every time, just like what the heck man.

"Clunky" is a pretty good description for this app, and the app fails to function half of the time now. Rewards can expire the day before they seem they should. The location picker is bad, especially when the location I want to select is favorited. Navigating menus is a nightmare with minimum 2 "back" options that do different things. Applying coupons often doesn't change the price and adds more tax. Adding to an order is impossible with a signature error. Best to avoid this one.
