Horrible. Unintuitive. I believe it just takes you to the website to order, but I could be wrong. Everything is incredibly small which makes it nearly impossible to read. I also had to type in my location over and over to complete my order. Something the app may be useful for... If you have somebody you dislike you can tell them you will buy their lunch as long as they order on the app. Sit back and watch him go mad. I truly have no desire to ever use this app again. Your mileage may vary.

This app is the biggest reason Charley's has lost my business. It rarely seems to work, cannot order everything on the menu, cannot do simple SI adjustments, and now is the only way to gain and use rewards! It seems like Charley's bet big on the app, but it's an almost total failure in this previously regular customer's opinion.

While the app is usable it is not intuitive. Moving from one menu item to the next is a pain. Getting to your favorite restaurant is harder than it should be even though you can mark your usual place as a favorite. One excellent feature is you can customize your order removing standard items or adding (and charges are clearly marked) There is also an option to mark who each menu item is for (very much appreciated). The app is a good start but definitely needs work.
