Charlies changed their prices in app. Side arent included in the meal anymore unless you make it a combo and theyre upcharging for EVERYTHING now. An extra 3$+ seperately for both fries & drink?! last time i checked a combo was an all in price to make it a combo. Not to upcharge both drink & side ONTOP of the actual meal! Plus delivery fees. Going from a simple $9.49 to $13.99 after combo and then $20+ for delivery for a 6wing combo is insane.Aint no way Charlies aint price gouging. Do better!

App performs ok. Would be helpful to fix the Inbox messages. When selecting "dismiss" > "ok", the messages remain in the inbox. There is no response. (Android phone) Also, it would be nice to be able to apply the Entertainment book coupon through the app. The coupons (for next year) should be printed w/ a code. Once used by an account, the code could be 'retired', for that account.

The app was great when I first downloaded it. But with one of the latest updates that removed the ability to add your purchases yourself, it quickly declined. It is hit or miss if the QR scans at POS. I've had to email the rewards to have them added, and even then, they don't get added to my account. I've missed out on about $70 worth of purchases to the point where I've stopped frequenting Charley's. I hope they re-add this feature in the future. Otherwise, it's not worth it.
