or out and about.
2. Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred
pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive.
3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR
code in the Chick-fil-A^® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One digital gift card, or placing
mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A^® restaurants.
4. Redeem rewards – Use your points to redeem available rewards of your choice,
including: free food rewards, birthday rewards, meal donations and more.
5. Personalized menu – We’ll remember what you like and – even better – how you like
it.

App is bad. At one point it somehow installed itself. I was suspicious about this so I deleted it and then reinstalled. Signing up for rewards was chore. I tried to order twice and it said that something went wrong with the order and to try again later. No details on what went wrong or how to fix it, no link to support. And what later? How much later? I was ordering my lunch right then and there I wasn't going to wait an hour to try again. Very frustrating experience.

Very rough experience so far. I've been recently getting back into Chick Fil A and decided to re-download the app. Problem is, it's in a broken state. I can't sign in without either getting blocked from logging in or getting a black screen that makes it unable for me to even attempt a login. Needless to say, I will not be using the app until this issue gets fixed. I wish I could say positive things, but there's not much to say outside of this.

Cant combine a gift card with a debit card. On top of that, I cant just add what I need to complete the order ($3), they have a minimim $10 to be able to add funds, since you can't use 2 payment methods. So after I load $10, im bsck with $7 after the order, and it creates a cycle where at some point, you dont have enough money, theyve kept it, and you're just ordering normal again, because whats the point of a GIFT card, that you have to buy more funds for to be able to use it all.
