Ratings and reviews

The worst airline app, period. It lacks accurate information and updates. The worst part was when I tried to check in for an international flight and received a "check-in failed" message without any explanation. When I called customer service, they claimed that the flight was randomly chosen for manual check-in at the airport only. ( To ensure, I can returned back to my country, I decided to show up 4 hours prior) However, at the airport, the counter informed me I have already checked in!

Doesn't work same as the website. Received an email requesting me to check in online via app or web. Had a terrible experience in Taipei standing in line at the counter, so I downloaded this app and spent nearly an hour doing all of the setup and when I finally got to point where I can opt to check in, app says there are no eligible flights for online ckeck-in. Went back to email and used URL on Focus browser, and 20 minutes later I was finally checked in as they requested.

It was horrible to use before, after update its even worse. Cannot search flights because of some database error, cannot find mileage easily like before, cannot do any of the mileage transaction through the app like before, every single function only brings you to the website to ask you to log in again, the app is useless
