so happy with the app. before I ever took my kids to Chuck E cheese I did some research and they said the app and membership were the best way to enjoy the experience boy were they right! my membership is gold and I use it as often as I can. I hold up the QR code they scan I get my points and I'm ready to play. the app is easy to navigate. Also shows you deals and upcoming events which is great! The deals are awesome glad I took a chance and downloaded the app before going to the location.

Took me 20 minutes to log in to my account due to an error with the system just to find out the "coupons" are the same "deals" available at the register. One "large" 14 inch pizza, 4 cheese sticks, and 2 drinks with one 30 minute card was $60 with their deal. It's been over a year since we came here and it will likely be more if we ever come back.

This app used to be great, now I scan my receipts and you barely get anything for it. I don't see my points added up. I don't see any offers to use once I spend whatever amount. I had this app prior to the updates and it used to be so much better. Now it feels like there's no point in even scanning anything at all. Yeah they have coupons, but anyone can just go online to their site and find that. There's no point in installing an app now.
