Latest update is a failure. (I was forced to update to version 8.38.3.) The app crashes when attempting to complete the e-deposit feature. I've reinstalled the app twice, cleared the cache bla bla bla and it still fails every time. CIBC, fix the app and /or fire the developers /QA team. This is totally unacceptable. Time to move to TD...

Had to create a new password....putting all the bla bla bla in. Got the code to reset the password but doesn't work. Two scenarios the first the app brings me back to the sign in page....the second shows a message saying that the App has a bug ....Need to do my banking, rent, phone bill, Cable bill....What's going on?

Sooo many bugs in this app. Transactions not showing is a special feature that is included as a bonus, push notifications for payments being sent to your phone but not showing is another bonus feature. Improper total available/pending is a nice touch. (A bank that can't do math) . System maintenance notices and unavailable functions is a common feature as well.

Hi Ryan. If you're referring to credit card transactions or payments, this is normal as those types of transactions take time to be posted to the account. Most transactions can take up to 5 days to post. If you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call at 1-800-465-2422. -Gideon
