Update: the issue has been resolved very satisfied from the update and adding the freeze for the credit i was waiting too long for this ,good job. disappointing experience I've been trying to log in using my correct credentials, but I keep getting an error message. I double-checked everything and even contacted customer support, but the issue still isn’t resolved. It’s really frustrating, especially for a banking app where reliability is crucial. Please fix this login problem as soon as possible

The app is very slowly . And Every time I try to log in, it immediately logs me out and shows a “Session expired” message, forcing me to sign in again. Also, when browsing transactions, the page completely freezes and I can’t scroll at all, which makes it impossible to use.

App just worked fine for a couple days after October 30th update, then it started to freeze at the splash screen/ no login screen appears, just blue or white unresponsive screen. tried to reinstall but no avail. I reinstalled, wiped data, contacted the support but I got from them some random, unrelated explanations. please fix it ASAP.
