Reading the previous comments, I am glad I waited so long to enter my first claims because most of the initial problems with this app now appear to have been ironed out. I particularly appreciated the possibility to attach photos instead of scans, which definitely speeds things up. I won't wait so long next time!

For cleaning app installation no cleaning is done and request is made for the installation of another App and this is a continuing activity with a number of Apps installed without any cleaning done ... BEWARE

It used to be. But the current version is NOT AT ALL A FRIEND LY USER. This has become worse app/Very difficult for the the Plan member, to effectively use.
