I didn't use this app for banking, but use this for login request to confirm. But lately this app always hangs and stucks didn't turn to the Login Request screen automatically for me to click Confirm. Very troublesome and wasted my time.

Just changed the phone and to request them to change the authorisation from my old phone to new phone so troublesome. already having difficulty to use it online but need me to log in back... not user friendly..

The worst company bank apps I ever use Apps are supposed to make your life easier and yet this is too stupid no notification if u received transaction even if u wanna look for the transaction u need press so many things just to view it CIMB can't u find anyone smarter to do your apps or mab u are stupid as well u guys make me regret using cimb go counter create account also need go 5 times just because u need to do online appointment and yet your system is down in the end need print out
