Absolutely atrocious. The prices on their menu items are 3x the price in store! I decided to order anyway... and MY ORDER WAS WRONG. They forgot one item, and also gave me something I didn't even ask for. I spent $41... way more than I would've spent in-store. All that money and they still messed my order up. This happened the last time I ordered Cinnabon from Ubereats, this time it was Doordash. I think it's a problem with Cinnabon, will not be ordering ever again!!!

Worse than useless. Every location I've been to listed on the APP does NOT honor this service. I ended up wasting my free drink coupon because of this. You do NOT get it back even if you dont scan it. Dairy Queen actually excludes locations that don't participate but Cinnabon can't? What a waste of my time.

I thought Auntie Anne's app was bad, this one is even worse! I downloaded it and tried to use and earn points. Not only is the location near me not found but that the branch has a hard time giving or honoring the coupons or rewards on the app. I'm very disappointed and probably won't buy from this company again, might as well trash the app cause it's not even worth having it on my phone when I can't use it. I miss how coupons had barcodes printed so we can use them physically. No use now 🤦🏻‍
