After latest update, I got kicked out and I can't log back in. I also don't like that once you open the reward to use in store, you have a certain amount of time to use it (i.e 10 minutes to show employee). After that, it's gone for good. Tried to redeem my birthday reward, the Cinnabon I went to didn't have small cups so they wouldn't let me get it, and because I had the code open and ready to use, I lost my birthday reward as I had 10 minutes to use it. EDIT: deleted the app.

Inefficient design: can't redeem more than 1 reward within a short timeframe. There's no Cinnabon near home for me, so I had to drive a ways away to reach the nearest one. I wish to make that long drive count. Unfortunately, the app only let me redeem 1 reward. Nothing I did, such as closing and reopening the app, or restarting my phone, helped me redeem my other reward. I really don't want to leave with just one reward and have to make the long drive a second day just to redeem the 2nd reward.

Absolutely atrocious. The prices on their menu items are 3x the price in store! I decided to order anyway... and MY ORDER WAS WRONG. They forgot one item, and also gave me something I didn't even ask for. I spent $41... way more than I would've spent in-store. All that money and they still messed my order up. This happened the last time I ordered Cinnabon from Ubereats, this time it was Doordash. I think it's a problem with Cinnabon, will not be ordering ever again!!!
