Waste of time. Pure disappointing Not logging out properly. Also it is not displaying the proper pages when u click on one or transaction is done. It's a bank app. I cannot believe they haven't tested the app properly. At least when ppl are complaining here so much please have some time or show interest to correct it! Disappointed
Nice App.. But need updates It should support UPI and USSD moreover it should be listed on govt of india launched payment app BHIM. Lets see how prompt is the response from citi team. 1 more point : Kindly allow to add payee via mobile app. It is very difficult to get hold of a laptop or desktop to add a payee every time. Most of the banking apps have this basic feature nowadays. Thanks.. Still waiting for a revert.
Worst app Unable to add payee. Not able to transact money. While transacting its loading for lifelong. The worst part is the app does not logout on its own when we directly come out. Timeout logout is so long as 5mins that is not safe at all. Learn everything from your kid axis bank. Havent rated or reviewed a product so low in my life. Did not get 0star or else would have rated that.
Worst App - Waste of time Reinstalled citi app on 07.Nov.2016. Unfortunately, there is no improvement. I want to know how can I pay my credit card bill amount using this app. Please let me know urgently. 28.May.2016 It seems Citibank thinks Indian users are idiots. I have a citibank credit card. App shows my due amount and due date, but where is the option to pay credit card amount. Strange App. What's the utility of this App, if I can't pay my credit card bill. Uninstalling App.
You have won my heart in banking services but a little disapponted you are the best in banking services in india. as per my experience with Axis, HDFC, ICICI, Bank Of Baroda & Kotak. These are the banks i have dealt with and i found citi the most sophisticated. citi bank app has to be in the league. guys make it a rich quality app with best ui and more flexible options.
No Option to Make outstanding Payment There is no options to 1. To settle the credit card outstanding balance payment through net banking. 2. No options to request card reissue, Blocking, Cancellation etc . 3. No option to Chat or to make a a citi Bank customer care telephone call. 4.Even the reviews are not showing on date vise. . It's showing Iin a uphazard way. .5. No UPI option. 6. No QR code payment option. . Why don't you refer the ICICI Bank mobile Banking App and improve your App.. yoy are taking a lot of time to rectify these is
