The best of best. Easiest fastest sweetest service provided by citi bank, while its app has taken the market value of citi to an uncompetitive level. Thanks a lot citi bank. But one small request from a common citizen. I am having salary account in citi. I had quit my job recently. So if I want to continue with citi then the minimum balance that to be maintained is 1 Lacs which is not possible by any common citizen. So sincerely requesting you bring the minimum level of balance to 5000 to 10000 so that we the common people can accommodate the plan. Looking for a sweet and swift response.
One of the poorest banking app. Can't do nothing. It is just as good as not having on the phone. You can not check your points, make payments for your credit card (not able to link any account for payment). Learn from Axis. I am user of that too, they have almost everything in their app. Hardly there is anything that you can't do from their app.
Unable to login since last update. Always getting unable to service request. 23 March 2017 - I am still getting error. I even tried reinstalling the app but still it says - Sorry, we are currently unable to service your request. Please try later. 01, May 2017: I have found the reason of this error. I have reduced the length of my password below 16 characters and now its not giving any error while logging in.
The App has some minor issues on Andriod 7. If I login when my User ID is set to remember me the first time it works but the next time Authentication fails. I would need to Login as another user & login back again. The other Request is please enable Biometric Login. Many other bank Apps let us do it. I know Citibank has it for other countries. Please enable Biometric Authentication. Thanks
Wish I could give zero stars. The icons are blurred and does not look professional. The gui needs to be improved a lot. Learn from Axis bank app. It has a 6 digit passcode to login to the app.. So you don't need to enter the password each time. The snapshot registration is being asked for each time I update the app. Can't add a new payee from the app. This is some useless app made by worthless developers cheaply by Citibank.
I agree with other user reviews at this point of time. The user interface is really bad. Citibank IN app has nothing to look up for. The UI looks at least 5-6 years old. Citibank IN should really consider investing some money into their own banking app. I would also like to get all the features in a browser to be available in the app. E.g., I cannot add a new payee in this app. But I can use already created one. I cannot access already registered utility in this app. If I have to make a payment, I need to login to browser only. Please consider user's reviews seriously. Also, do invest some time and money(I am asking a bank, lol) on your app.
