New version problem This is the best app a bank can make. But in newer version they have enabled remember me option and it's checked by default. Very poor security practice I must say. Don't force ppl to login forever.....god forbid if you loose ur phone, it would be disaster. Hence one star
Version update issues - Resolved Following has been resolved and revising my ratings from 1 star to 5 stars. Post upgrading the app, if i select login option, the screen doesn't shows user id and password option. The previous version was good. Pls rectify.
Lollipop 5.0 Are you'll going resolve this issue? Or should I give up? It's been a while now. I can't login because of this "Check you phone date" error. You please check you server o app date.
Improvement needed Can u guys add the option for increasing the limit on credit cards once your customer is eligible for it rather than sending emails. Hdfc and axis provide these options on their apps...hope to see the change soon
New updated app is crap Earlier version was much faster, convenient and easy to use. With the latest update, I'm unable to login into my account. It takes ages to login!! Kindly test your apps before releasing.
Problem after update 😬😬😬 Dear Citibank team, Every user is facing the slowness issue after recent update. He is dead slow.. tooks around 15-20 to login. Even checked with different internet connection but still same issue. Even after logging, takes lot of time to go to any other link. Kindly fix it ASAP.
