Since the latest update, i am not able to login into the app. Everytime i am trying to login, the app is crashed and and showing 'the application has stopped, please report' for this i have already sent a feedback... Its a request please don't deploy this kind of update live into production, it troubles users a lot.
Since from last update,I think, unable to navigate to previous/older months when trying to get account details between two dates. After tapping the calendar icon, the navigation option on the top of calendar won't respond. All other options are working fine. Hope you will fix it soon.
1. Cannot hotlist the debit card via app. 2. Ugly UI and UX. 3. Why does the app require permission to my camera, microphone, and other unrelated applications and functionalities? 4. Cannot sort the transactions as compared to website.
Before the last update everything was excellent but after the updates I'm not able to login to my account showing msg wrong password. l would request to solve this issue at the earliest
Please add the ability to add a payee via the app directly. This is a fairly basic requirement for online banking now, surprising that an institution like Citi is still lagging behind here.
Unable to login since last update. Always getting unable to service request. 23 March 2017 - I am still getting error. I even tried reinstalling the app but still it says - Sorry, we are currently unable to service your request. Please try later.
