Ratings and reviews

The app is bricked now over the last two updates - when trying to open it, it freezes on the splash screen and at times even locks up my entire phone. Even when it did actually load, most of the app is just trying to convince you to spend more money and go more into debt with them. I'm deleting the app, I'll just do it from a desktop.

It doesn't work. I downloaded this app to make accessing my account easier but the app won't load. Every time I try to open it I get a page that says it's temporarily unavailable while they do some work, that's been going on for months. I've uninstalled it several times and get the same screen. Fortunately, I can still log in through the site, but the app is useless.

So much trouble. The app won't let me log in because my phone number changed and apparently it needs to be my number for 90 days for customer service to change it in order for me to be able to view my account. I'm supposed to have autopay but now I'm getting past due notifications in the mail, never one single email. Customer care tells me to log in on their old website, which apparently can't take payments anymore. I'm not sure who is running this place but it isn't looking good.
