Update: one star because zero stars is not allowed. Terrible experience. Every three uses, I have to reinstall the app because the camera will not come up to deposit checks. It's actually easier and more reliable to use the free Citizens App, except that the deposit limit is too low. Please fix. EDIT: Although the camera issue seems resolved, now I can't even login because the app says I have a secure connection error. So I have to drive to the bank to deposit checks.

Mobile login hasn't work for weeks. You can login per iPhone but the check deposit just keeps circling after you take a picture of it. Their check scanner device doesn't work either. Terrible non-tech bank , they change their portals and login procedure every few months. We have a business to run but it is impossible with those guys not having your back. Stay away.

Has never worked for long. It had been working for a few weeks after constant problems previously, but now its requiring an update that never completes. Down again, more downtime than uptime with this app.
