This app is not great. The login screen is busted. "Forgot your password" and Create account" only appear when the keyboard is open, but when you try to click one, the keyboard closes and the buttons disappear. So if you don't have an account or need to reset, you will not be able to log in.

the app doesn't respond to anything, can't input information, there's no notifications/alerts when something is happening in your area of the county to give you a heads up about anything wrong, in this case we're having water pressure problems, is there construction?! is there a water main break?! what's the purpose of this app exactly?!
